Tim Stout
Born and raised in East Tennessee, Tim has called Newnan, Georgia, home for the past 15 years.
At 44 years old, he has a wealth of life experiences behind him. A retired professional fighter, Tim’s lifelong dedication to martial arts has shaped his journey. He is an accomplished Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Black Belt, undefeated in his kickboxing career, and has lent his expertise as a Police Jiu-Jitsu Instructor.
Tim’s passions lie beyond the realms of personal achievements. He possesses a deep-seated desire to help others reach their goals. Leveraging his martial arts prowess, Tim has committed himself to “making people hard to kill,” empowering individuals to be resilient, self-assured, and robust.
His extensive experiences in combat sports and personal protection, combined with a fervor for teaching, make him an exemplary mentor. Whether it’s guiding someone in self-defense, personal safety, or physical fitness, Tim Stout is the go-to professional.

Warren Campbell
Major Warren Campbell is in his 26th year in law enforcement. He has served at the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office, Georgia State Patrol, and currently with the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office. While serving at the Sumter County Sheriff’s Office, he graduated from BLETC in Tifton, GA. Within his tenure there he was an investigator in CID, and narcotics investigator on the Special Operations Team, a Sergeant on Patrol, and co-lead the Sumter County Multi-Agency Drug Task Force.
Major Campbell pursued his goals and later graduated from the Georgia State Patrol’s 80th Trooper School. As a Trooper First Class, Major Campbell was stationed at Post-24 Newnan where he worked as a field Trooper and part-time SWAT member. His last year with the Georgia State Patrol, he served on the Criminal Interdiction Unit and a part-time SWAT/Sniper.
In March of 2007 he accepted a position within the Coweta County Sheriff’s Office. Over the last 16-years he’s held the positions of Patrolman, Criminal Investigator, Sergeant over the Field Training Program, Captain in Patrol, Captain in the Jail, Jail Division Director, Director of Professional Standards and Training and is currently serving as the Director of the Patrol Division.
Major Campbell has been a life-long student and currently possesses over 6,700 POST credit continuing education hours. He attended Darton College and Georgia Southwestern State University. He is a general instructor, defensive tactics instructor, firearms instructor, and use-of-force instructor. However, his proudest titles are committed husband to his wife DeAnna, father to his two children Emily and Darden, and Servant to 300 Agency employees and 158,000 citizens of Coweta County.
